This policy applies to the VPNOC marketing website and user panel. It explains the scope, purposes, and management of data processed for subscription services. Third-party payment pages are governed by their own policies; VPNOC is responsible for data processing within the scope of this service.
Account Details and Order Records
VPNOC does not require an email address. You can create an account with a username and password, and an email address is not required for registration. The account system processes usernames, password verification data, plan status, and data usage for authentication, subscription delivery, and billing. Avoid including unnecessary personal details in your username.
Order processing involves the selected plan, order amount, payment status, and transaction reference information for reconciliation, refunds, and dispute reviews. Text or attachments submitted through a support ticket are used only to address the related issue. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, or complete subscription links.
No-Logs Policy and Usage Statistics
VPNOC follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit through international routes, or store browsing content, DNS query records, or connection logs that could reconstruct browsing activity. Destination addresses and connection times are not persistently stored alongside account information.
Temporary session state needed to process a connection is used only while the session is active and is released when it ends; it does not form a historical connection record. Account data usage totals are used to calculate allowances and are not linked to destinations or content. Account security records and service error information help identify unusual activity and troubleshoot issues; they are not used to reconstruct browsing activity.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
The marketing website processes statistics such as page visits, referral categories, device and browser types, and link clicks to understand how content is used and troubleshoot page issues. These statistics relate to this website; they do not collect content from other websites users visit through a route and should not include authentication tokens or complete subscription addresses.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain login status and save language selections and necessary preferences. You can clear or restrict this storage in your browser settings; doing so may require you to log in again. Signing out ends the login session on this device. Clearing browser data does not delete a server-side account or order.
Third-Party Payments and Required Disclosures
VPNOC supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment provider or transaction network. VPNOC receives the payment result and transaction reference information needed to fulfill the order. Payment providers process payment details under their own rules; records on public transaction networks cannot be withdrawn by deleting a VPNOC account.
Data is used only for the service purposes described in this policy, and account details are not sold. When information must be shared with a processor to fulfill an order, only the necessary information is provided. Where disclosure is legally required, the basis and scope of the request are verified, and data unrelated to the request is not provided.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account details are retained until the service relationship ends and necessary settlement processing is complete. Order records are retained until reconciliation, refunds, dispute handling, and any applicable legal retention requirements are complete. Security records and site analytics are retained only for as long as their purposes require, then deleted or de-identified. Data is not kept indefinitely for purposes unrelated to the service.
To access, correct, or delete your information, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. Account ownership will be verified before processing. If records must be retained by law or due to an unresolved matter, the reason will be explained and their use restricted. Backup data is removed through normal rotation; confirmed deletion requests also apply when backups are restored.
Policy Updates and Questions
Policy changes will be published on this page, and the month at the top of the page will be updated. Material changes to data use, processing scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where consent is legally required, it will be requested separately; a silent update will not replace the required process.
